Ready to Get Started with ABA services?
Most insurance companies require the following to approve Autism Services, including the initial Behavioral Assessment:
- An autism diagnosis from a licensed Physician or Psychologist
- A Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed Physician or Psychologist recommending ABA services.

Some additional information we may need
Just a head’s up! Little Bug ABA will eventually need to supply the following information when submitting the Authorization Request to your insurance provider. Having this stuff handy helps!
- Name, Date of Birth, Medical Record Number/Member ID
- Name of school/homeschool program, school schedule
- Primary Care Physician & contact info
- Other diagnoses besides autism
- A list of current medication
- A list of other related services such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, or physical therapy.
